Arrival by bus and train
Section 1a: From main station to Alten Eppelheimer Straße
Our office is located near the main station. From the city (Bismarckplatz) you reach the main station either by bus lines 33 and 34 or the tram line 5.
All platforms of the main station at Heidelberg have lifts. The lifts are located approximately in the middle of the train platform between the staircases. Cross the forecourt of the station and the four-lane street in front of it. Turn left and cross the Kurfürstenanlage. Go towards the building of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen which has with a work of art made out of steel in front of it. You can see the artwork from the tramway station, if you look towards the city.
From the artwork head north and follow the Mittermaierstraße until the next crossing. Cross the pedestrian light and turn right into Alte Eppelheimer Straße.
Section 1b: From Betriebshof to Alten Eppelheimer Straße
You reach the stop Betriebshof from Bismarckplatz either by tram 22 (low-floor) or by bus 35 (auto lift).
After you have left the bus or tramway, walk to the end of the platform in the opposite way to the driving direction. Cross the rails. Follow the Mittermaierstraße until you reach Alte Eppelheimer Straße. Turn left. Cross the street at the pedestrian light. Walk into Alte Eppelheimer Straße.
Section 2: From Alte Eppelheimer Straße to WEB for ALL
Number 38 is the third open court gateway on the left hand side. Go through the entrance and turn left. Enter the left backyard. You reach our office over the stairway in the back left. They are located in the right half of the building on the first floor.

For wheel-chair users and walking disabled people there is a lift near the parking space, located at the right side of the building.

Arrival by car
Follow the motorway A5 until the "Heidelberger Kreuz". Turn onto the A656 and drive into Heidelberg. The motorway ends after a few kilometres. Keep driving straight forward until you read an ARAL petrol station of the left side. Turn right twice, first into Kirchstraße and then into Alte Eppelheimer Straße. After some 50 metres you will arrive at number 38, located on the right.

Our office is located in the left back of the building, first floor. Parking spaces for disabled people are available at the street and in the court. Near the parking spaces is a lift that can be used by wheel-chair users to reach our office comfortably.

Direction starting at the main station
Our office is located near the main station. From the city (Bismarckplatz) you reach the main station either by bus lines 33 and 34 or the tram line 5.

Section 1:
From the platform to the bus and tram stops
- Follow the tactile paving that leads from the stairs to the lifts. All train platforms except platform 1 have tactile paving. The lifts are located in the middle of the train platform between the stairs and will lead you up to the station concourse.
- The station concourse provides access to all platforms. The length of the station concourse is about 100 steps. From the entrance you reach platform 1 first and platform 10 last.
- All lift doors open facing the exit. Walk straight forward. Leave the station concourse through an automatic glass door.
- Keep walking for about 20 steps. Turn slightly left, and cross the main hall of the station. After about 80 steps you should reach the north exit.
- Outside, turn slightly left again and walk ahead for some 50 steps up to a pedestrian crossing which is not acoustically secured.
- Cross the lane. Now you find yourself in the stop area. From here tramways and buses drive downtown.
- Carefully cross the tram rails that are running across. The rails are not secured by a traffic light! On the other side of the rails, buses and tram arrive from downtown.
Section 2:
From the stops to WEB for ALL
- You will find yourself at a bus and tramway stop, where lines from the city centre arrive. Cross the lane, that is located on the right side of the rail platforms. In the middle there is a pedestrian crossing with a pedestrian light that is not acoustically secured.
- On the other side of the street follow the stairway with five steps downwards. You stand in front of the Kurfürstenpassage.
- Pass through the automatic door. Walk straight forward and cross the passage. After about 60 steps you reach the opposite exit.
- Leave the passage through an automatic door. Walk ahead for 50 steps, until you reach the Alte Eppelheimer Straße.
- Turn right. Follow the street course for 90 steps, until you reach another pedestrian light. The traffic light is located right at the building (at the crossroad, Mittermaierstraße).
- Cross the busy Mittermaierstraße. At the other side of the street turn left.
- Walk five steps further to the pedestrian light. Cross the Alte Eppelheimer Straße.
- Go right for 100 steps in Alte Eppelheimer Straße. Number 38 is the third open gateway on the left side.
- Turn left to go through the entrance and about 40 steps straight forward, passing two ground swells.
- After the second swell turn left. Walk for 20 steps. Turn right. Walk another 20 steps. Use the left wall of the building for orientation. You reach a stairway with 17 steps. Follow the stairs upwards. After an interruption there are two other small steps.
- Turn right. Walk for a few steps. Use the door opener that is located right hand side at the railing - in about one metre. Be careful, the opens outwards.
- Enter the building and walk about 10 steps straight forward.
- Turn right. The office of WEB for ALL is located on the right side after the second and third doors.
